Continuing Fitness (Oct. 30 - Dec. 15)
A six week circuit exercise program designed to improve strength and flexibility.
In this class participants move through a series of strength, functional movement and balance stations that allow the individual the opportunity to work to their own level of fitness. The timed circuit also brings a cardio element into the workout. This program is appropriate for most fitness levels and propels people to achieve their own exercise goals while in an atmosphere that’s filled with fun and camaraderie.
Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Oct. 30 - Dec. 15, 2:15 - 3:15 p.m.
