The commitment has grown and evolved through significant thought and care in considering our community's most pressing health needs.The hospitals work with community partnering agencies — Marion County Health Department, Polk Cpounty Health departments, Kaiser, Legacy, Santiam Hospital, PacificSource — to complete a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment for each hospital facility. The most current CHNA was completed in 2019.
