Electronic Document Management System - Phase II,
goes live Oct. 21
Phase II of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) will go live on Tuesday, Oct. 21. Phase II will incorporate the H&P forms from Pre-Surgical Screening to ensure surgical documents are scanned into Epic for all patients who go through the Pre-Surgical Screening process.
Watch for a tip sheet with more information to be posted on the MyEpic/Radar Physician Dashboard in Epic. There will be a command center in place during the go-live. Please call 503-561-4357 and select 1 for the command center, if you require assistance.

 Sepsis Affinity Team requests feedback on clinical pathways
The Sepsis Affinity Team is working on a comprehensive clinical pathway to improve care for  sepsis patients. Please review the clinical pathway located on the ICU, ED and 4 Center and provide your feedback. This will help ensure the most up-to-date evidence based practice including: efficient flow for the patient, what makes sense and is feasible for your workflow, and any questions you may have.
