Take the 5210 in 30 Challenge

The 5210 in 30 Challenge emphasizes four lifestyle behaviors to help you lose weight, eat right, stay active and prevent chronic diseases. The challenge takes 30 days.

  • Challenge yourself to eat five servings of vegetables and fruits a day.

  • Reduce your television viewing or leisure screen time to less than two hours a day.

  • Exercise! Work your way toward one hour of activity a day.

  • Drink zero sweetened beverages.

  • Then ask a friend to join you in the challenge.
